A guided, self-led immersion to regulate your nervous system, release emotional tension, and return home to yourself. 

For 14 days, you’ll be guided through a simple but powerful daily breathwork practice. These sessions are designed to bring you back into alignment with your body, emotions, and inner wisdom.

After guiding hundreds through breathwork over the past six years, I’ve distilled the practices that have been shown to be the most beneficial to my clients.  They’re simple, effective, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

I’d tried so many things: all the different more “traditional” therapies. And while each offered something, nothing created the deep, lasting shift I was craving. I felt stuck, disconnected, and honestly, exhausted from trying so hard to feel better.

That all changed when I found breathwork.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to this work, blending my background in psychology with somatic tools to help others reconnect with themselves in the same powerful way.

It happened during a trip to Bali, where I had gone in search of something more. Something deeper.

In one breathwork session, I experienced what I hadn’t been able to access for years. It gave me a safe way to feel and release what my body had been holding on to.

That moment was the beginning of everything.

I realised that real regulation and transformation don’t just happen in the mind. They happen in the body too. And the breath is the bridge that connects the two.

How much time do I need each day?

Between 5-20 minutes. That’s it.

These practices are intentionally short and sweet, so they can actually fit into your life.

Will this help with anxiety or stress?

Yes! Breathwork is one of the most effective ways to regulate the nervous system and reduce stress. While this isn’t therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment, many people find breathwork deeply supportive for anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional balance.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive an email with access to the full course immediately. You can begin right away or start whenever feels right for you.

What if I miss a day?

No stress - life happens. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can go at your own pace and come back to the practices whenever you need them.

Do you offer refunds?
