I have been in some dark places in my past and through many different ways have journeyed to a space of deep respect and care for my body and mind. It wasn't always this way and I am also still always learning. It might seem easier to just ignore the physical and mental cues your body is trying to give you but if you do not listen to the whispers of your body, the warnings will get louder.  Something has to give. Instead of resisting, you can calm your anxiety, internal stress and improve your overall wellbeing– as well as digestion, immunity and a whole host of other things. We can work towards healing all of these elements through the most fundamental part of health: your breath.

Corporate Sessions

These interactive sessions incorporate informative science-backed learning, participation in group breathwork, and effective techniques and tips to take home. I offer weekly group sessions, one-off workshops, and six-week programmes either in-person or via Zoom.

Ultimately, employees who are less stressed, calmer and happier are going to contribute to and help to build a harmonious work environment in which people and projects can thrive.

The Process

Find out more about the process involved in a private, corporate or event breathwork session.

On the day of the session, we will discuss your needs in further detail, establish your unique breath pattern and begin with the foundations of breathing as a starting point. My approach is to start where you are at, rather than offering guidance based on what works for other people. A company or event session can either involve an educational presentation as well as practical tools to use, a more immersive breath session, or a combination of both.

STEP THREE

I'll send over further details about how to prepare for the session. A corporate or special event will involve a discussion of what is needed on the day (for example: yoga mats, eye masks and blankets).

STEP TWO

For a private session, I'll ask for some information about you to get to know you, either through a questionnaire or a short phone call. For a corporate or special event, we will establish what theme you are working towards - such as, 'breathwork to manage stress' or 'breathwork for self-connection' - and I will then create a proposal according to your individual needs.

Do you offer different services to the ones listed?

I usually work with a three session minimum. I find this is much more satisfying for everyone involved, as it's hard to achieve goals in a one-off meeting!

What if I'm unsure about investing?

I offer payment plans to suit your individual needs. I also offer joint sessions for the same price– so if you have a friend who is also interested, you're able to split the cost and experience a session that feels more personal than a class. I can also offer online group sessions, if a few clients would like slightly cheaper sessions. Get in touch to enquire further.
