Breathwork remains an important part of my work and may be woven into private sessions, workshops or group experiences where supportive.
I offer nervous system-based breathwork practices, deeper transformational breathwork journeys and grounding techniques designed to support emotional wellbeing, embodiment and inner connection.

What I learned from my own experience was how much emotion came up and out of me during each session, usually a lot more than I realised I was holding within. The sessions left me feeling a lot lighter actually, and I wonder if my ability to release would be as strong had I had these sessions with someone else. But having known Fini for some time, I feel safe in her presence, even online, and her words and guidance are so well led that it takes me deep into the experience. Step One — Initial Connection
We begin with a discovery call or standalone session to explore where you are currently, what you’re moving through, and what you’d most like support with.
This is a space to ask questions, get a feel for the work, and see whether we’re the right fit to work together more deeply.
Step Two — The Work
For those moving into 1:1 coaching, we work together over a three-month container with two sessions per month and ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions.
Sessions are tailored to you and may include somatic enquiry, nervous system work, emotional processing, parts work, embodiment practices, breathwork and subconscious pattern exploration.
Step Three — Integration & Change
Over time, clients often begin noticing meaningful shifts not only in how they understand themselves, but in how they relate, respond, feel and move through life.
The intention of this work is not perfection, but greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, inner safety and connection to yourself.

Yes. I offer standalone 75-minute Desire Discovery Sessions for those wanting clarity, insight and an introduction to the work before committing to longer-term coaching.
For deeper and more lasting change, I usually recommend working together over a longer container.

You do not need any previous experience with somatic work, coaching or breathwork. Many of my clients come to this work after years of trying to think their way through patterns, anxiety or emotional overwhelm and are looking for a deeper, more embodied approach.
